I exclusively use this raw cacao powder, taking two tablespoons daily alongside cacao nibs. I blend it in a Vitamix. Although it’s not particularly tasty, after 60 days, I discontinued all my blood pressure medication, and my blood pressure is now low-normal. This cocoa powder, made from unroasted beans, retains numerous nutrients, possessing a rich chocolatey and slightly bitter taste. I brew it differently than instructed, using one teaspoon with coconut sugar and boiling water, sometimes adding milk.
